Term's & Conditions for Party Hire

Party Deposit Payment:

• A deposit payment of £50 secures your party booking.

Cancellations:

• Deposits are NON refundable.

• If you wish to reschedule your party we require a minimum of 14 days notice. If 14

days notice is not provided, Bella Boos reserves the right to charge an

administration fee of £50 to reschedule.

• Cancellation of your party requires a 7 day notice.

• Cancellation of your party providing us with less than 7 days notice forfeits the

entire balance.

• Rescheduled parties will need to take place within 8 weeks of the cancellation

date.

Final payments:

• Please note that your party will not go ahead until final payment is paid before the

party is to begin.

• All final payments must be paid in cash.

• Bella Boos reserves the right to refuse any extra party guests if you have reached

your maximum capacity.

Adult & child catering

• All food and drink must be purchased from Bella Boos.

• Anyone seen bringing in outside food or drink will be asked to leave and the party

will be cancelled.

• We require a minimum of 5 days for your food options.

• Outside catering will be charged a £70 surcharge and all equipment and rubbish

must be cleared from the venue.

• Outside catering surcharge must be paid within 48 hours of your party booking.

Party parent / carer Responsibilities

• The party parent/carer should not arrive any earlier than 15 minutes prior to the

party start time.

• The party parent/carer are responsible for all ‘child’ guests at all times.

• The party parent / carer must ensure that all guests have vacated the venue at the

end of the allocated party time.

• If the party parents / carers / party guests do not leave the building on time, Bella

Boos reserves the right to charge you hourly after 10 minutes past the allocated

party end time.

• Spray foam, poppers, confetti cannons or piñatas are NOT permitted. Customers

will be charged £40 for cleaning if this rule is disregarded.
