Ist time visit today. Met the owner Jamie and his staff. My little Sam took a big fall and landed on his forehead. Well we were proper looked after. Kirsty came down 1st offering ice and care. Followed by Jamie who gave my Sam an ice cream (no charge) to help him get over his fall. Did the trick!!
And the Tea Mother sorted me out with a nice cuppa coffee. Reasonable prices too.
Lovely lovely people. Lovely place as well. Had a lot of fun! Definitely recommend!
Sam and Bernie will be back.

Went for the first time today to meet Spider-Man.
A lovely friendly place with a great food, ice cream and drink’s selection!
Spider-Man was fantastic interacting with the children played games and made them all feel special.
My grandson was a bit wary at first but then really got into it.
With a photo and Superhero licence at the end which really made his day.
An absolutely amazing day.
Well done all at Bella Boos
Special mention to Sally who went out of way to make a fresh hot chocolate when it got knocked over!

We’ve been here for a party before so we know about the soft play area in the lower ground and decided to visit. It’s much pricey than other play areas though it’s for 1hr 45mins there isn’t much to do for that long so we were done in under 1 hour. The food options consists of ice cream and milkshake selections with some options of waffles, paninis, bagels etc though I found them a bit pricey the customer service of staff more than make up for it.

The kindness of strangers. We are two not so youong travellers. One of us had spent a long afternoon in Charing Cross hopital which is opposite this excellent Cafe. The other had spent a chunk of the afternoon in Bella Boos worrying about the patient opposite. Caring staff made the wait a little more bearable. When the patient emerged from the hospital the 2 of us needed a taxi and the owners sister made sure we got one and stayed with us at the kerb side alongside busy traffic until the taxi turned up. This may not seem like much but it meant such a lot to us. A very kind lady running a really nice establishment. We didnt get her name but we wont forget such care and kindness.
